Resolute Systems is pleased to announce the availability of the Hon. Randy R. Koschnick, ret. to serve as a mediator, arbitrator, special master and discovery referee throughout Wisconsin. Randy brings 18 years of judicial experience along with intimate knowledge of Wisconsin’s court system to his mediation practice. He served as a Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge where he presided over thousands of cases. He conducted pre-trial settlement conferences, and helped resolve many disputes through informal negotiation.
Randy received the Wisconsin Legal Innovator Award in 2020 from the Wisconsin State Bar as well as the Leaders in the Law Award from the Wisconsin Law Journal in 2008. His expertise in various areas of the law has allowed him to lecture at legal training seminars sponsored by the Wisconsin Judicial Education Office, as well as at the Wisconsin District Attorney’s Conferences and the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s Conferences.
