Designed for litigators and trial attorneys, this one-hour program examines the strategic shift from courtroom advocacy to effective mediation advocacy. Judge Williams and Mr. Guttman will discuss how attorneys can maximize the mediation process by understanding the interests of both sides, working effectively with the mediator, preparing clients for mediation, and developing practical strategies to resolve even the most challenging disputes.
