Resolute is pleased to announce its pledge to the Ray Corollary Initiative (RCI)

Resolute is pleased to announce its pledge to the Ray Corollary Initiative (RCI). The mission of RCI Inc. is to increase the diversity, equity, and inclusion in the selection of arbitrators, mediators, and other ADR neutrals. It will do this by encouraging commitment to the RCI Pledge and otherwise providing research and tools to support the selection of diverse neutrals. To further drive accountability, Resolute tracks the percentage of diverse neutrals proposed in matters where we propose a roster of arbitrators from which neutrals will ultimately be selected. Resolute also tracks the percentage of diverse neutrals that are appointed in matters where we propose or appoint neutrals.

Over 1,000 Resolute panelists are women and/or are racially and ethnically diverse. This is 38% of Resolute’s national panel and is represented in all 50 states. In addition, Resolute is the only ADR provider to be certified by RING. Recognizing Inclusion for the Next Generation (RING) offers a gold standard to identify, promote, and celebrate qualifying organizations. This achievement is awarded to organizations demonstrating an ongoing commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
