Judge Joseph Spinola to Speak at the Transportation Lawyers Association 2022 Chicago Regional Seminar and Boot Camp

Judge Spinola will present “How to Turn Irritating Settlement Negotiations into a Successful Mediation.”
Since leaving the bench in March, 2010, Judge Spinola has become one of the most popular and successful mediators in New York and nationwide.
