Resolute Systems Welcomes Back Judge Charles Winkler, ret.

Chuck Winkler retired from the bench in December of 2011 and resumed his private mediation and arbitration practice with Resolute Systems. Judge Winkler had the unique experience of being a mediator and trial lawyer before becoming a Cook County Judge. He has extensive experience, both as a private mediator and as a Judge, resolving cases through mediation. He developed a reputation as a highly-effective pre-trial judge, particularly in the areas of personal injury and commercial matters.

Judge Winkler is an approved mediator in the Cook County Court-Ordered Mediation program. He has completed several mediation and advanced mediation training courses.
