Resolute Mediator Gary Gerlach Captures Lawyer of the Year in Mediation for the 5th Time

Best Lawyers, the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession, has named Gary A. Gerlach as the “Milwaukee Best Lawyers Mediation Lawyer of the Year” for 2015. This is the fifth year he has won this distinction.

Best Lawyers is based on an exhaustive peer-review survey. Over 52,000 leading attorneys cast more than 5.5 million votes on the legal abilities of other lawyers in their practice areas. Lawyers are not required or allowed to pay a fee to be listed; therefore inclusion in Best Lawyers is considered a singular honor. Only a single lawyer in each specialty in each community is being honored as the “Lawyer of the Year.”  The lawyers being honored as “Lawyers of the Year” have received particularly high ratings in our surveys by earning a high level of respect among their peers for their abilities, professionalism, and integrity.

U.S. News & World Report published the 2015 edition of The Best Lawyers in America on Aug. 18, 2014. More than 250,000 copies of the standalone magazine were distributed with leading publications including The New York Times, The Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal. A digital edition also will be available. Corporate Counsel magazine has called Best Lawyers “the most respected referral list of attorneys in practice.”
