New York Panelist Howard N. Beldock reaches 6,500 case mediated or arbitrated milestone

Howard N. Beldock has reached the milestone of serving as a mediator or arbitrator in 6,500 cases since beginning his full time ADR practice in 1995. What makes this milestone even more impressive is that it does not involve court-ordered cases in which he was designated as the neutral. In all cases Howard was mutually selected by all parties involved in the case.

Although primarily used in the metro New York area, Howard’s excellent reputation has resulted in him being selected to mediate in other t northeastern states including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Hampshire and Vermont..
