New York Mediator Joseph Spinola to Speak at NYSTLA CLE Course “The Art of Negotiation and Mediation.”

Resolute mediator Hon. Joseph Spinola will serve on a distinguished faculty panel at the upcoming New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA) seminar “The Art of Negotiation and Mediation” on January 25th. The seminar is worth 3 CLE credits and will be held at NYSTLA’s office at 132 Nassau Street in Manhattan

Judge Spinola is a full-time mediator with Resolute Systems and mediates in Metro New York and throughout the northeast. He recently placed in the “Top 2” for “Best Individual Mediator” as voted by lawyers in a 2010 New York Law Journal survey.
