Michael T. Walsh, Esq. Joins Resolute’s New York Panel

Resolute is pleased to announce Michael Walsh has joined its New York panel.   Mike has over 35 years experience in civil and commercial mediation, arbitration and litigation. He has been a Martindale-Hubbell “AV” rated attorney since 1995, which is the organization’s highest distinction.  He is regularly designated as SUPER LAWYER in New York in field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (2009-2014), and was named as a 2014 Top-Rated Lawyer by the publications The American Lawyer and Corporate Counsel.

Mike has U.S. and international experience as a mediator, arbitrator, advocate, umpire or lead counsel in a variety of disputes. He has expertise in commercial matters, professional liability, reinsurance and insurance coverage disputes, mass tort litigation, personal injury, property damage, and broker/intermediary errors and omissions, employment practices, RICO claims and regulatory matters.

In his Alternative Dispute Resolution practice, he acts as an arbitrator, mediator or advocate in a wide range of issues with exposure ranging from minimal amounts to over $40 million. Some of his mediations include: Legal malpractice matters involving commercial representation on contract drafting of airport lounge agreement with claimed damages over $2 million; commercial contract issues involving leasing of sports arena suites including claims in excess of $1 million for failure to fulfill lease obligation; property damage claims resulting from Superstorm Sandy; and Litigation over the Ownership of Artwork of Yoko Ono.
