Judge Joe Spinola voted #1 Mediator by lawyers in New York Law Journal Survey for third Consecutive Year

For the third consecutive year, Judge Joseph P. Spinola was voted the Best Mediator in New York State in the 2013 New York Law Journal Ranking Survey.
