Judge Joe Spinola voted #1 Mediator by lawyers in New York Law Journal Survey for Second Consecutive Year
Judge Joseph P. Spinola was voted #1 Mediator in New York State in the 2012 New York Law Journal Ranking Survey. He also was voted #1 Mediator in 2011. Resolute Systems congratulates Judge Spinola on this tremendous honor of being recognized by his fellow New York attorneys as the best mediator in New York.
The Survey recognized Resolute as a “Best ADR Provider” for the third consecutive year.
In addition, Howard Beldock was voted a “Top 5 Financial Markets Mediator.” Beldock was awarded “Top 4” in the Best Individual Mediator category in 2010.
The winners of the New York Law Journal Rankings were selected by a popular vote. The voting was conducted via online ballot, compiled by the sales and marketing teams of the New York Law Journal. Readers were notified of the ballot through direct emails and online advertisements linking to the ballot across ALM’s network of websites.
This year, over 6,800 readers cast votes for their favorite vendors, surpassing last year’s total by over 50%. Please note that only legitimate end users (attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants etc.) were allowed to vote. The producers took great pains to ensure the voting was fair. Any non-attorney or non-legal-professional (or anyone who we could not validate was a legitimate end user) vote was disqualified. Ultimately, the goal was to make the ballot and the voting as inclusive as possible.
