Judge Gerard H. Rosenberg Joins Resolute’s New York Team of Dispute Resolution Professionals

Resolute Systems is pleased to announce that Judge Gerard H. Rosenberg has joined Resolute’s New York team of Dispute Resolution Professionals. Judge Rosenberg retired December, 2011 from the New York State Supreme Court – Kings County.

While on the bench, Judge Rosenberg developed a reputation as a highly effective settlement conference mediator. He was known for his intellect, thorough preparation and command of the issues.

Judge Rosenberg presided over the Medical Malpractice Trial Readiness Conference Part for nearly eight years. He has facilitated thousands of settlements during his 27 years on the bench and looks forward to helping lawyers resolve cases through mediation.

In the 2010-2011 New York Judge Reviews, attorneys noted that Judge Rosenberg is “one of the best Brooklyn Judges” and “all of his work is of the highest quality.” Attorneys have commented that Judge Rosenberg’s “legal acumen and settlement skills are excellent.” Additionally, Judge Rosenberg has been praised for being “proactive at settling cases” and “extremely fair.”
