Hon. Stanley B. Green Joins Resolute’s New York Panel

Stanley B. Green joins Resolute after serving for twenty-two years as a justice of the New York State Supreme Court of Bronx County. While serving as a Supreme Court Justice, he presided over various Parts, including the Special Trial Part, where he was responsible for settling or sending to trial all non-City cases then pending in Bronx Supreme Court, the City Part, where he was responsible for resolving all discovery issues and substantive motions, as well as for settling thousands of cases or sending them for trial, and also the Medical Malpractice Part where he supervised all discovery, decided all motions, tried cases, conducted Frye hearings and mediated hundreds of cases. He has tried hundreds of cases and settled thousands more, involving medical, dental and pediatric malpractice, nursing home negligence, products liability, construction accidents, all types of motor vehicle and premises cases, employment discrimination and contract disputes.
