Hon. Martin E. Ritholtz Joins Resolute’s New York Panel

Martin E. Ritholtz joins Resolute after serving for sixteen years as a justice of the New York State Supreme Court of Queens County. He served in the Commercial Division from 2014 until his retirement in December, 2016.  He presided over all manners of business claims and disputes, including business valuation proceedings, corporate and partnership disputes, class actions and complex commercial cases.  Immediately prior to his appointment to the Commercial Division, Judge Ritholtz handled general litigation in the Supreme Court with an emphasis on personal injury, labor law, premises liability and property damage, negligence, medical malpractice and matrimonial law.
