Chicago Mediator Dick Devine named to Chicago Daily Law Bulletin’s Ten attorneys who raised the Bar in the last decade

Richard “Dick” Devine has been named by The Chicago Daily Law Bulletin as one of “Ten attorneys who raised the Bar in the last decade.” Devine, a mediator for Resolute Systems and former Cook County State’s Attorney, is featured in a recent article that chronicles his high-profile career.

“Dick is a man of intense conviction, a true professional committed to obtaining a fair result for his clients and dedicated to helping the next generation of lawyers build an improved justice system,” Bruce Meckler, co-chair of Meckler Bulger Tilson Marick & Pearson told The Chicago Daily Law Bulletin.

Devine was selected based on what his peers and other members of the legal profession had to say about his career, and commitment to both the legal and greater community – over the last decade.

Prior to becoming a mediator/arbitrator with Resolute in 2009, Devine served for 12 years as the Cook County State’s Attorney. Devine is a partner at Bulger Tilson Marick & Pearson , and also leads the firm’s White-Collar Crime, Internal Investigations and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. In addition, Devine serves as an adjunct professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
